APRIL 2012 Terms and Conditions Win the new Apple iPad Competition

1. This promotion is only available in Western Australia to people who purchase a product from the April 2012 promotion.
2. Only residents of Western Australia are eligible.
3. Application for the promotion deems acceptance of the conditions.
4. Entry is limited to one entry per product purchased.
5. Employees of Friendlies Chemists & their families are ineligible to enter.
6. The promotion or prize is not transferable.
7. The first correctly completed entry drawn will be deemed the winner of a MC705X/A iPad WiFi 16GB Black.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibilities for any late, lost or misdirected entries. It is the claimant's responsibility to inform the Promoter if their residential address or telephone number changes during the promotion period.
9. The Competition closes 14th May 2012.
10. The Prize draw will take place 17th May 2012. Winner will be notified.
11. The entries become the property of the Promoter.

13. If winner cannot be contacted within 3 months of draw date the prize will be forfeited.
